Andrew Newton : I can't watch

assassin8or : Thanks! Gonna try this on my neck tattoo, brb

TripleThreatRC : Nice job. I had one removed the same way and your job was just as good as the one done by my doctor. The only additional thing I would have done is mask up. Infections suck. Thumbs up!

WhoIamIsNotImportant : Stupid decision to get the tattoo Even stupidier decision to get it removed with this method

VELOCITY FPV : I'm cringing so hard, and I'm only at the injection part AAAAAAAH

End of the Road RC : Good God man.......😲. Ok, now you need to fly it.

Ram Radhakrishnan : Oh, I forgot to mention that you should have used a little piece of gift card and packing tape to cover the wound!

Chris Boyd : From the perspective of a Surgical Tech who assists surgeons to do this kind of stuff every day, he does know what he is doing. It really isn't that complicated of a procedure. We do it all the time in the OR to remove skin lesions and close wounds. If he did have access to a cautery pencil it would have been almost bloodless with the Epi in the local injection. Well done Ed and thanks for sharing. I showed your video explaining your hand surgery to our Ortho docs. They found it very interesting. (FYI....search "cautery pen" on Amazon next time.)

Árpád Hegedüs : You should give away your tatoo to one of your lucky subscribers!!! Great video by the way!

TIM WILSON : That was a cool vid,, I love surgical video procedures, artificial knee replacement..my favorite....heart stints and bypasses..c sections,,transplants..You name it I have probably watched it,, I had surgery on my Shoulder and watch the whole procedure before they operated on it..lol

Elijah French : I guess this wouldn't be too scary to somebody who already blew there hand off

Mushfique Hossain : Question: Is cost the only reason you chose this method over laser?

MobJarley : Instructions weren't clear enough, I circumcised myself.

Sumanta Bhowmick. : Don't want to comment about the video. Have no interest on such Stuff. But Ed pls pls and pls whenever u find spare time or leisure pls post some rc Stuff. We all missed u a lot from last 1 year or so. I always love ur presentation, voice, unconventional skills regarding rc. So if possible decrease the frequency of video but don't let the famous EA fully shut down. Sorry for big comment and if I said too much apology for that also.

Dwight Souder : I would prefer to see an operation on an airplane. 🤢

Ram Radhakrishnan : Ed, What can I say? On the one hand we've missed your RC presentations for so long, some of us feared the worst. Even though I can't watch the video (even at 2X!) it is gratifying to see that you are back and in apparent good health. Family and kids do come first and time spent with them now is irreplaceable, so your extended family of fellow RC DIY'ers will wait patiently for your return to RC!

Owen McKee : Can I have the tattoo?

Andres Ruiz M : you didn't made the scar dihedral! bad news for rehab stability...

Chuckles : I think you win the DIY contest. Are you going to do a follow up video, even if there is an infection?

Scott Walters : I think you shouldn't have put this on this channel. it is interesting though.

dazcwl : Reminds me of Leonid Rogozov performing an appendectomy on himself, haha. Amazes me how surgeons are completely relaxed doing things like this :O.

parts4benttoys c : you realize you opened a whole new category on your channel with this one right. personally I think a belt sander would have been a cool option. can fish fly ?

Tommy Productions : Whoa! From the Armin wing to winging self surgery. This tops my list of "bad ass".

Frank R. Pilot : Are you something like navy seal,or something like that ?

aqueousone : btw.. did you consider closing the wound with colored packing tape? ;)

Magic Smoke FPV : Dude? WTF?? This is some "No Country for Old Men" Shit right here..

Eddie : I took 20ml liquid morphine and cut my tattoo off with a junior hacksaw.

Karl-Emil Storm : Now make a plane from the skin u cut off

NINJA KWAD : Omg ur nuts

Pat Edwards : Was just wondering the other day "What's Ed up to?". Guess this answers it.

HJMadventures : Do you have to have a tatoo to do this?

Dhobbs : That's the coolest shit I've seen in a long time. "I can't justify spending money on this minor nuisance so I'm going to turn it into a bad ass story"

Morning View : WTF I cannot watch! Why would you do this WTF

gonedeepseafishing : If you have a Tattoo you don't want. Just think to yourself what would RAMBO do? Then go for it! Great video!

Preston Shute : Reading the comments just can't watch. Glad you didn't use your foam board tape method to cover after you finished stitching it up. Well I hope you recover well with no infections. 73

Google Mandated Name : Removed the tattoo and gained a gigantic scar. Nice.

Ako'y Tamad : Not about airplanes but still a nice documentary short. Had to skip most of it.

Robert O Connor : He lost a lot of skin. As REAL surgeon would have gotten some skin from elsewhere on the body. It will probably burst open.

x x : Wouldn't be better to just DIY a laser?

trijicog : I have the strangest erection right now.

Christo Reeds : I am now unsubscribed, I only wanted to do RC planes 😱 plus showing something like this is irresponsible, there a people out there who will try this, bad move Ed.

Slevin : that was interesting but suprisingly hard to watch

zniesmaczony : A few things done wrong. First, you didn't ensure the hemostasis. After removal of the skin there was quite a lot of bleeding. Those vesseles needed to be closed, either by applying a suture, or by electrocoagulation. Obviously, you don't have a coagulation knife and you were not skilled enought to close the vessels using a thread. Secondly, making gaps under the skin was wrong. You did this to make the sewing easier, but it could have resulted with a large subcutaneous hematoma, especially with those unclosed vessels. And, I hope you took some antibiotics as a prophylaxis, since the environment was not as sterile as it should have. I do hope those gloves were sterile and, foremost, what the hell happened to the skin disinfection?? I'm sure you washed it but did you wash it a few times and use a proper sterilizing agent? The rest was pretty good. All in all, what you did was quite risky. You might have experienced some nasty complications. I wouldn't recommend repeating it. Cheers.

Schmidt : Dude your fucking crazy , that was one of the most badadd things i ever saw

biker451 : Ed: Been watching your videos for over 5 years and missed you of late, but glad to see you posting something, although this is a bit out of your norm. Rather than cutting that tat out you should have just built on it. My imagination is running wild with what sorts of scenes could have grown from that simple little fishy, but then I guess tats aren't for everyone. Over the years I've threatened to do self-surgery, but would never actually do it so I'm quite impressed. Hope you find time to invent, film and fly again soon.

Wujek Samo Dobro : Pojebany typ, samemu sobie operacje robić i pojebany typ wytatułować sobie kurwa rybkę. ^^ Gratuluję pojebania. Czekam na więcej pojebanych filmików od tego pojebanego Pana.

Joshua Slate : The fish swam away!

Bunnyshooter 223 : Ew! Wow! Not click bait, for sure. I am eager to see how it heals. I understand about 'life' getting in the way. God bless!

johnny llooddte : i hope i didnt insult you too much with my last comment.. you actually did a very good job.. love your channel... i just thought it was a very difficult position on your hip.. i couldnt do it.. id have needed a mirror and 4 hands.. now on your calf or ankle i could see that..impressive anyway.. my apologies if my comments were anything except an excited response..blessings..hope youre ok now..come to sicily and the congo.. you can do day surgery on a thousand kids

free palestine : Holy god
