JunsKitchen : Thank you so much for watching and the support on patreon ( https://www.patreon.com/JunsKitchen )! Next video is going to be a normal recipe video and I used my drone again! The intro is already done and I think it’ll be one of my favorites so far! :) Japanese sushi focuses on “enjoying the pure flavor of ingredients that are in season (because that's when the ingredients are in their best condition)” and American sushi seems to focus on “the combination of flavor.” Japanese sushi finishes with a little bit of soy sauce so you can enjoy how it brings out all the good flavors of ingredients, whereas American sushi can be very tasty and flavorful without using any soy sauce (instead using bunch of other sauces and spices and all kinds of toppings). I miss American sushi when I’m in Japan and I miss Japanese sushi when I'm in America! I love both Japanese sushi and American sushi. :)

Phan Anh Nguyen : American sushi? Rolls, rolls, rolls everywhere. And don't forget to make them gigantic so that you cannot eat a piece in one bite either. Murikan customers barely eat any type of sushi but rolls. Most of them wouldn't even know of sashimi either, had it not been often served with the appetizer. I worked in a sushi / habachi restaurant in the US, and there was a Korean sushi chef. He is so tired of making just rolls that he quit and went back to Korea.

AdsXD 17 : How long did it take

Christopher Tom : I appreciate the quality of the knife skills as well as the attention to details that are in the camera viewpoints. Like when he put the Marinating Tuna in the fridge, and also taking the rice from out of the cupboard. The camera is not built into those pieces, so he went through the trouble of putting the camera in to get the footage, and than edit it. I also like that part where he put the mayo bottle in the bag and spun it while rocking out.

SushiFairy : This isn't cooking, this is art. Dang, I woulda given up on that mayo. Now I shall go put mine in a bag and swing it around as I listen to death metal 👌🏻 Rock on Jun!
